COMPANY POLICIES AND INFORMATION
PURCHASE
Minimum opening order required. No minimum re-order. Please make checks payable to March Legend. All
returned checks will incur a 40.00 fee. All wholesale customers must supply EIN or federal tax ID to March
Legend with initial order. Initial orders COD (on approval) or 50% deposit at time of order and 50% prior to
shipping. Trade customers only.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN
March Legend will guarantee all of its products. Customers may return any of the catalog pieces for a
replacement or credit with prior authorization by March Legend if defective. If damaged by the shipper the
customer must file all appropriate paperwork with the shipper. There are no returns on custom pieces
unless defective. Once a cutting has begun the order may not be cancelled, due to the special nature of
our business wood stores and supplies are purchased based on orders placed. Please do not place
tentative orders. March Legend reserves the right to cancel any sales order at any time by notifying the
purchaser in writing and refunding any monies received with regard to that particular sales order.

We at March Legend expect our furniture to always be free of defects in craftsmanship under normal
residential usage. Finish and construction are warranted for one year from date of purchase to the original
purchaser. Bill of sale must be kept for proof of purchase date. However this warranty does not apply to
damages from neglect, accidental or intentional damage, commercial or institutional use, exposure to
extremes in temperature or humidity, misuse of the product, or to the finish. Our furniture is made to last

Legend no patterns are used to ensure a unique piece every time. Dimensions given are always
approximate. Our products are made from solid wood that will be subject to season cracks, shrinkage, and
warping. This does not affect the structural integrity of our products. Rest assured we make a great effort
for unmatched quality and craftsmanship behind our fine furniture but do not make a perfect product nor
do we aspire to this in turn is part of the charm of purchasing and owning a bench made, hand assembled
